We are an athlete focused Performance Medicine clinic. We help our athletes and alphas reach Athletic Peak Performance. Our services include chiropractic, massage therapy, sports dietitian, rehabilitation and so much more!
Customized individual care to help relieve pain and return you to the things you love. We'll look at the structural components of an issue, the surrounding soft tissue, as well as the master control system (the brain) that is controlling everything.
We will come up with a list of options and a prognosis of rehabilitation and therapy aimed at improving and maintaining functional capacity and other measures to support patients in getting back to their Athletic Peak Performance.
Soft tissue work is our bread and butter. It’s a hands-on approach that we use to improve the quality of your body’s soft tissues such as skin, muscle, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. Right after an injury or simply living your life, your body does its best to heal and restore tissue
Recovery Pump/NormaTec delivers an aggressive but very natural alternative to passive recovery for athletes. Our system simulates localized "active recovery" (such as walking) in a passive manner because the therapy is conducted at rest
Nutrition is an important component of optimizing athletic performance. Our team provides nutrition education and guidance to athletes focusing on peak performance, promoting exercise recovery, and reducing risk for injury.
Manual manipulation of the muscles, this kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups.
Dry needling is a treatment performed by our skilled providers certified in the procedure. A thin monofilament needle is inserted into the skin to treat underlying muscular trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
This is the absolute best chiropractor's office I've ever been to. I've been to about 6 different places, in New York, Virginia and Texas. Alpha does it like no other. I get a full hour of a specialist and they do emergency appointments. Highly recommend for everyone, especially athletes. They treat you not to just stop the pain, but so you can also keep being active. Thank you to all the doctors and staff.
I love Alpha! After visits to several chiropractors over the years, this is the first to incorporate soft tissue work and it has made ALL the difference. Dr. Ben and his staff are knowledgeable and take great care of their patients to get them healthy. They’ve also got a great office culture and are great people - that makes a difference!
I coach CrossFit and Alpha Sports is the only place I recommend to my athletes and clients. I've been seeing them for almost two years now and I have never felt better and never been stronger. They go above and beyond the average chiro to ensure that their clients are healthy and injury/pain free. If you want a knowledgeable staff that cares about you as an athlete and as a person, the only choice is Alpha Sports.
