My Story
Dr. Tyler received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, April 2023. During his time at Parker University, Dr. Tyler was involved with Rehab 2 Performance club and American Chiropractic Association Sports Council where he focused his time on the rehabilitation and effective treatment of athletes. Prior to attending chiropractic school, he completed his undergraduate work at Lamar University. While at Lamar, he was a three-year Division I Football athlete and was elected as a team captain for the 2018-2019 season. He also served in multiple student athlete leadership positions at the university. Dr. Tyler is a native of Bryan-College Station, Tx.
Dr. Tyler has experience working with athletes from the junior, collegiate, amateur, and professional levels. He has provided care for PGA tour Canada players, Olympic track athletes, as well as collegiate athletes from multiple sports. His interest in the field of chiropractic includes the utilization of functional assessment and training in conjunction with return to sport treatment and training. Dr. Tyler is a certified Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 2 provider, holds certifications in Rocktape Functional Movement taping Basic and Advanced, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and has been previously a certified Active Release Techniques (ART) Upper Extremity provider (April 2022-March 2023).
