
My Story
Dr. Mitch graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to graduate as the class of 2021 Valedictorian from Parker University with both a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Masters of Strength and Human Performance. During his time at Parker, he served as the president of Rehab2Performance, an organization focused on connecting the gap between rehab and performance in physical medicine.
He has an athletic background playing high school baseball, competing as a collegiate bowler, as well as coaching and competing in CrossFit. Dr. Mitch holds certifications in Dry Needling, RockTape, FDM, FMS, and CrossFit Level 1.
When Dr. Mitch isn't helping Alphas reach their highest level, you can find him spending time with is family (#GirlDad), watching Aggie athletics, playing baseball with the North Texas Barnstormers, or listening to country music while serving up BBQ to his friends and family.
